Getting there.
Banyan Tree Mayakoba
Carretera Federal Chetumal-Puerto Juárez KM 298 Riviera Maya, 77710 Playa del Carmen, Q.R., Mexico
The easiest way to get to Banyan Tree is to fly directly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). Banyan Tree is about a 40-minute drive from the airport. There are shuttles that can be arranged ahead of time, as well as many taxi services when you exit the airport.
You can also fly into the new Tulum International Airport (TQO) if you’re interested in exploring Tulum before your visit to Mayakoba! Banyan Tree is about an hour and a half drive from there, so we only recommend this option if you’re planning to spend some time in Tulum!
Once you have booked your flights, please fill out this form so we can keep track of everyone’s arrival/departure:
